GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Must be a Nigeria Citizen
present a certificate of state of origin signed by the chairman/secretary of his/her local government. A certificate of endorsement by liaison officers is not acceptable
Must be a computer literate
Must be certified by the Government medical officer to be physically and mentally fit for appointment in the commission

Source Institution and Qualification

a. Federal Public / Civil Service / MDAs – Staff on GL 10-14 (Priority is given MDAs. qualified staff of NYSC / NOA / NIMC.

b. INEC Staff – RAOs & other INEC staff not engaged in any other duties (GL 10 – 14).

Presiding Officer (PO) and Assistant Presiding Officer (APO)

Source Institution and Qualification

a. NYSC – Serving Corps members

b. Former NYSC – Not earlier than 2018 (i.e 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022).

c. Federal & State Tertiary Institution – Students in Penultimate year & a year to Convocation.

d. MDAs (Federal and State) – Permanent Staff with OND or on GL 07 – 10.

RAC Manager

Source Institution and Qualification

a. The school / institution hosting the RAC or Super RAC – Head of school or/a Staff on GL 07 and above.

Registration Area Technician (RATECH)

a. INEC Staff – Suitable ICT staff (State & HQ) of the Commission not engaged in any other duties.

b. NYSC – Serving Corps members in the Commission (where available).

General Criteria for All Positions

a. Applicants must not be a political party member.

b. Applicants must not have demonstrated or expressed support for any candidate or party.

c. Applicants must reside in the STATE selected.

Age limit not above 35 years for the entry point and 45 years for the experienced hire.
