The Npower that was founded on June 8, 2016, by the Buhari administration with the aim of eradicating poverty and empowerment of 500, 000 Youth across the country now increases to 1,000,000 recently by President Buhari.
- N-Power programme Batch A started in September 2016 – 200,000 beneficiaries
- N-Power programme Batch B Started in August 2018 – 300,000 beneficiaries
- N-Power Programme Batch C Started in June 26, 2020 – 1,000,000 beneficiaries which divided into two (2) categories (i) Stream 1 – 510 beneficiaries (ii) Stream 2 – 490 beneficiaries.

About Nexit Training
Nexit Training is a kind of business venture preparing that Exited Npower Volunteers will go through to outfit them with abilities expected to oversee or maintain an effective business. This preparation could be on the online or physical.
However, the Nexit Scheme Applicants have passed through the first stage of Nexit which is indicating interest by registering on the Nexit portal to participate in the FG empowerment opportunities for the Exited Npower Volunteers.
The second stage of the nexit scheme exercise is the training of applicants fellow by the disbursement of starter Packages to the beneficiaries which is the third stage.
According to the Minister, out of the 500,000 exited N Power beneficiaries, about 390,000 of them have successfully been accommodated into the NEXIT programme while about 109,000 are already on their way to entrepreneurship on their own even before we started the NEXIT.

How To Check Npower Batch A&B List of Shortlisted Beneficiaries For Nexit Training.
To know if you have been selected for the Nexit training when due, the following will happen:
1) load your Nexit registered phone number with a recharge card.
2) Simply dial *45665# and select “Nexit” from the options, a new option will open. Kindly select check status to see your eligibility. If you are successfully selected, you will see a pop-up text asking you to confirm training availability.
3) dial *45665# again select Nexit and then check availability to confirm your availability for the training. If your availability is confirmed, you will see a pop-up text stating that you have successfully confirmed your availability for the training in February.
NOTE:
You will be charged 30 Naira by confirming your status with that code and you are also required to do this on or before Friday 4th February to check the status and confirm availability
