How to get your O-level results
Getting your O-level results can be a complicated process. It starts with registering for the exam and ends with receiving your results. Depending on the country or region in which you are taking the exam, there may be different procedures to follow.
For example, in the United Kingdom, students must first register with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) to take the O-level exams. Once the registration is complete, students will then receive a personalised timetable for the exam. On the day of the exam, each student must present his/her ID card at the registration desk to receive the exam papers.
After the exam, all students will receive their results either by post or online through JCQ’s Results Plus service. Alternatively, schools may also distribute results to students. It is important to note that some schools may charge a fee for accessing and printing out the results.
Once students have obtained their O-level results, they should keep it in a safe place as it is required when registering for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). This document is essential in order to confirm the eligibility of students to join any Nigerian tertiary institutions.

How to check if your O-level results have been uploaded
If you have recently completed your O-level exams and are planning to apply for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), it is important to ensure that your results have been successfully uploaded to the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) portal.
To check if your O-level results have been uploaded, you will need to log into your JAMB profile. Once logged in, you should see an option on the left-hand side of the page labeled “My O’level Results”. This is where your O-level results are stored and can be accessed by clicking on the link.
If your O-level results have been successfully uploaded, you should see a message stating that “Your O’Level Result was uploaded on {date}”. If not, you will need to contact JAMB directly to confirm if they have received your results and are able to process them.
It is also important to note that JAMB may take up to 3 weeks to process the results so it is important to allow ample time for them to be processed before proceeding with the UTME registration. Once your results have been processed, you will be able to view them in your JAMB profile.
What to do if you can’t find your O-level results on the jamb portal
If you have checked the jamb portal and cannot find your O-level results, it may be because you have not yet uploaded them or the uploading process was unsuccessful. If this is the case, there are a few steps you can take to remedy the situation.
First, make sure that you have the right documents to upload. The jamb portal only accepts original copies of WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB certificates and transcripts, so if you do not have these documents, you will need to obtain them from the relevant examining body. Once you have them, make sure that all of the information is correct and up to date before you attempt to upload them.
Once you have your documents ready, you will need to log into your jamb portal account. From there, select the ‘upload O-level result’ option and follow the instructions. It is important to double-check all of the details before submitting your documents, as mistakes can cause delays in the registration process.
If you are still having trouble finding your O-level results on the jamb portal after trying these steps, it may be because the document was not successfully uploaded.
In this case, contact the jamb helpline and they will be able to advise you on how to rectify the problem. Alternatively, if you are unable to upload your results online, you can submit them by post.
No matter what issue you are facing when trying to upload your O-level results to the jamb portal, it is important to remember that help is available. With the right documents and patience, you should be able to resolve any issues quickly and easily.
