Admission Requirements:
1) Non-refundable registration fee of N10000 for indigene and N12000 for Non- indigene
2) Original copies of each of the following documents;
- Educational certificate FSLC, WACE, SSCE, NECO, GCE
- Testimonial from School attended
- Certificate of Local government of Origin
- Birth certificate or Age declaration
- Two recent passport photograph
- Change of name where applicable
- and any other educational/profession require by the department.
In-Service candidate should also come along with the following documents:
- Letter of first appointment
- Letter of last promotion
- Letter of confirmation of appointment
- Letter of Ratification (If applicable)
