LEAP Leadership Institute stands at the forefront of driving youth leadership development on the African continent. The institute acknowledges the significant barriers faced by young people in Africa, which limit their successful transitions in key areas such as education, employment, healthcare, social mobility, and active citizenship.
The institute is committed to providing holistic and evidence-based solutions to bridge the learning gaps between young people and their enablers, leveraging the power of digital disruption in learning to equip and scale youth leadership development interventions.
The Leadership Accelerator Programme was lunch to provides a special combination of five online courses with a short learning curve and five hours of information. These three-week courses concentrate on the current concerns that pose substantial barriers for women in the workplace.
These three-week courses program include:
- A three-week virtual course, “Young Women Leaders,” a prerequisite course to the boot camp.
- A one-week physical boot camp for successful participants.
- Six months of intensive mentorship tailored to the participant’s mentorship needs.
Eligibility:
- The program is to Excellent Young women Leaders in Africa
- Women who are driven and aged between 23 to 27 years old and have between one to six years of work experience.
