Yobe State University, Damaturu(YSU) is one of the recognized state funding University, it was established in 2006, the school performance proves as one of the best university that serves Yobe State and it contains the maximum number of students both postgraduate and undergraduate.
The main campus of the school is located in Damaturu one of the city in Yobe State, Nigeria. It offers their students Bachelor Degree (B.Sc) after the completion of studies and also enrols in compulsory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) which qualify them Discharge, Exclusion and Exemption certificate.
Yobe State University, Damaturu(YSU) has been officially accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC), Nigeria.
