Akwa lbom State Polytechnic lkot Osurua, is pleased to inform the 2022/2023 newly admitted ND I students that the earlier postponed 28th Matriculation Ceremony which was suppose to hold on Wednesday, 5th April 2023 shall now be held on Wednesday, 12th April 2023 at the Polytechnic Convocation Ground at 11.00am prompt.

Also, It is important to note that only students who have paid their fees and registered in their respective departments will be allowed to participate in the 2022/2023 matriculation ceremony.

Eligibility for the Matriculation Ceremony:

Please note that only students who have paid their fees and completed their registration in their respective departments will be allowed to participate in the 2022/2023 matriculation ceremony.

Academic Gowns Collection:

Heads of Departments are requested to collect Academic Gowns from the Central Stores for distribution to the matriculating students on or before 11th April 2023. It is important to note that students have already paid for the gowns as part of their fees.

Matriculation Register Signing:

After the matriculation ceremony, all matriculants are required to sign the Matriculation Registers at the Offices of their Deans of Schools. This is a crucial step in formalizing their status as students of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic.
