NDA List of Shortlisted Candidates for 75th Regular Course 2023| The authority of Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has release the list of Shortlisted Candidates for 75th Regular Course 2023,  If you sat for the last concluded Nigerian Defence Academy Examination that was held on Saturday 15 April 2023, Check your name below.

The list of successful candidates whose names appear on NDA official website Shortlisted Candidates for NDA 75RC AFSB are to report for interview before the Armed Forces Selection Board (AFSB) on the date that would be sent to shortlisted candidates to the venue at the Nigerian Defence Academy Ribadu Campus, Kaduna. Candidates will appear before the AFSB in 2 Batches.

Candidates admitted into NDA for Regular Course will undergo military and academic training as Officer cadets for a duration of 5 years for Nigerian Army cadets and 4 years for Nigerian Navy and Nigerian Airforce cadets.
On Successful completion of training, graduate will earn a honours degree in a core discipline (BSc, BEng, BA).
They will equally earn a Presidential Commission into the Armed Force of Nigeria.

Interview requirement:

The interview will include screening/verification of credentials/certificates, medical/physical and written tests. Candidates are to come along with the following items:

a. Originals and photocopies of their credentials.

b. Originals and photocopies of valid Drivers’ Licence (Category H only).

c. Original and photocopy of State of Origin/LGA certificate.

d. National Identity Card/Acknowledgment Slip.

e. Writing materials.

f. Two pairs of navy blue shorts and 2 white (unmarked) T Shirts.

g. A pair of canvas/trainer and stockings.

h. Bed sheets and pillow cases.

i. Set of cutlery.

j. Four (4) recent post card passport sized photographs on red background.

k. Face masks and hand sanitizers.

l. Personal Toiletries (Bathing and washing soaps, Tooth Paste and brush e.t.c).

3. Candidates will be interviewed individually and if found deficient of any required criterium (criteria), his/her candidature shall be terminated at any stage of the interview.

4. If any information/declaration given by the candidates at any time during the entire selection process is found to be fake/false/wrong, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.

5. Failure by any applicant to provide accurate information concerning his/her medical history during the entire selection process as stated on the Medical Examination Pro forma will result in automatic withdrawal from training and dismissal even when already in the Service.

6. Any candidate who fails to report for screening at specified centre for their State of Origin on the stipulated date for his/her Batch will forfeit his/her candidature.

7. All concerned are to note and comply accordingly.

ELEGIBILITY

Candidates eligible for 74 Regular Course admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) must have the following:

  1. Must be medically and physically fit and must be of good moral character.
  2. Must be single male or female without legal obligation to support any child or other individuals.
  3. Present a Certificate of indigeneship from the state government or local government area.
  4. Be at least 17 years old and NOT more than 21 years old as at the month of September in the year of entry into the Academy.
  5. Must have a minimum of 5 ordinary level credits at GCE, SSCE (WAEC, NECO, NBAIS and NABTEB) English language, Mathematics and three other subjects which are relevant to the intended programme at not more than two sittings.
  6. Must have passed the Unified Tertiary Matriculation examinations (UTME) and attain an acceptable minimum national standard (as determined by JAMB annual policy meeting) in English language, Mathematics and any other 2 subjects relevant to the proposed course of study as set out by the JAMB Brochure.
  7. Must NOT be less than 1.68 meters tall for male and 1.65 meters for female.
  8. French and Arabic, Madarin language is an added advantage.
