Step One: Login

  1. A. Login to the Portal using the following
  1. i. Jamb Registration Number
  2. ii. Password = Jamb Score

Step Two: Upload Passport photograph(HND Only)

  1. Upload your passport (Click Browse/Search or Choose File)
  1. i. The picture must be a digital passport photograph
  2. ii. The resolution must be at least 200 DPI
  3. iii. Each photograph should capture the head and top of the shoulders so that the face takes up to 70-80% of the photograph
  4. iv. Show the eyes looking directly at the camera
  5. v. Show skin tone naturally

Step Six: Referees

Step Seven: Make payment

  1. Click Make Payment
    1. a. Select the required Mode of Payment
      1. i. Online Debit Card Payment
      2. ii. Bank Counter Payment
      3. iii. Proceed to payment
    2. b. Bank Counter Payment
      1. i. Print the Payment Slip or use the Transaction ID to pay at the bank(using Etranzact Platform). Note confirm that your information is correct at the bank before payment. A confirmation Order will be given to your after payment.
      2. ii. Select Verify Bank Payment, enter the Confirmation Order, if successful proceed to Print Online Receipt
    3. c. Online Debit Card Payment (Etranzact Platform)
      1. i. Click Pay, select the Bank and proceed
      2. ii. If successful proceed to Print Online Receipt
    4. d. Change Payment Mode
      1. i. Click Make Payment
      2. ii. Change Mode of Payment and Repeat a. or b

Step Nine: Print

  1. Print the Application Slip
  2. Print Payment Receipt
  3. Print Invitation letter (Available after Initial Screening for Successful Candidate which names are published)
  4. Print Undertaking Letter (Successful Candidate only)
