Candidates who seek for admission into University of Alaska Southeast (UAS) are to check for On-campus & Online requirement as well as the eligibility.
On-campus School Requirement:
High school seniors, students who have not attended college, or students who have completed less than one year of college.
Bachelor’s Degree Programs
- Graduate from high school with a GPA of 3.00 or above, pass a high school core curriculum, and complete either the ACT or SAT; or
- Graduate from high school with a GPA of 2.50 or above, pass a high school core curriculum, and score at least 18 on the ACT or 955 on the SAT
UAS defines a core curriculum as four years of English, social studies, math, and science, or four years of English and social studies, three years of math and science, and two years of an Alaska Native or foreign language.
Associate Degree or Certificate Programs
- Graduate from high school with a GPA of at least 2.00; or
- Successfully complete the GED
