Good morning, I registered in my local government, Sapele, Delta State I paid the fees of 2200, scanned the document alongside the receipt for payment…it was postponed…I received a message few days ago that it was postponed again to July 18th. I just got a call few minutes ago that the test is ongoing now. Your website is still under construction. I have been calling the numbers that sent me the sms they are not answering. What should I do.
