A citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter Indonesia country must first of all obtain a visa. VISA will determine who you are and your entry purpose either for permanent residence or temporary stay.

Diplomatic/ Official Visa:

1. Passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of entry + copy of the first page.
2. A duly completed visa form in CAPITAL, dated and signed
3. Two new (max 6 month) passport photo in color, not scanned.
4. A photocopy of  continuation / return ticket for Indonesia with flight details highlighting the date of entry and exit.
5. A hotel reservation/ proof of residence during visit in Indonesia
6. Diplomatic note from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and/or Diplomatic/Consular Mission.

A business or socio-cultural visit visa (60 days):

1. Passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of entry + copy of the first page.
2. A duly completed visa form in CAPITAL, dated and signed
3. Two new (max 6 month) passport photo in color,  not scanned.
4. A photocopy of  continuation / return ticket for Indonesia with flight/vessel details highlighting the date of entry and exit.
5. A hotel reservation/ proof of residence during visit in Indonesia
6. Mission letter/ introduction letter from employer/ company .
7. Letter of sponsorship/ Invitation letter from Indonesian company/ organization/ family/ relatives and/or copy of Calling Visa Authorization Note
8. Proof of domicile less than 3 months.
9. Proof of financial status (original bank statement, max 3 moths)
10. Photocopy of the valid residence permit for non-citizen.
11. A copy of certificate issued by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency of Nigeria (NDLEA), only for Nigerians who never been abroad / new passport (not more than one year from the date of application)
12. A police record for national of Nigeria, Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Liberia. Police clearance certificate must be original issued by a police authority for not more than one year from the date of application.

A student visa :

1. Passport valid for a minimum of eighteen (18) months from the date of entry + copy of the first page.
2. A duly completed visa form in CAPITAL, dated and signed
3. Two new (max 6 month) passport photo in color, not scanned.
4. A photocopy of  ticket for Indonesia with flight details highlighting the date of entry and exit.
5. Letter of sponsorship/ Invitation letter from Indonesian Educational Institution and/or copy of Calling Visa Authorization Note.
6. Health Certificate issued by authorized institution.
7. Proof of financial status (original bank statement of parent/guarantor)
8. A copy of certificate issued by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency of Nigeria (NDLEA), only for Nigerians who never been abroad/ new passport (not more than one year from the date of application)
9. A police record certificate in original (plus one photocopy) issued by a police authority for not more than one year from the date of application.

A Multiple Visit visa :

1. Passport valid for a minimum of eighteen (18) months from the date of entry + copy of the first page.
2. A duly completed visa form in CAPITAL, dated and signed
3. Two new (max 6 month) passport photo in color, not scanned.
4. A photocopy of  continuation / return ticket for Indonesia with flight details highlighting the date of entry and exit.

6. Proof of having a complete journey to Indonesia
7. Proof of domicile less than 3 months.

9. Photocopy of the valid residence permit for non-citizen.
10. A police record certificate for national of Nigeria, Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Liberia, Niger. Police record certificate must be original (plus one photocopy) issued by a police authority for not more than one year from the date of application.
