Association of National Accountants of Nigeria is the only chartered professional accountancy body in Nigeria empowered by law to teach as well as examine all its students. Besides, it is the only body having the absolute power to advance the science of accountancy.The Association was formed on 1st January, 1979, incorporated on 28th September, 1983 and was finally chartered by Decree 76 of 1993 on 25th August, 1993.

Nominations For 2021 Fellowships Award:
The call for nominations from branches for conferment of fellowship of the Association on deserving members during the 2021 Annual National Conference in Abuja.
In accordance with the Governing Council’s directives, all awardees must satisfy the following set of criteria:
- Nominee must be spent not less than 10 years n Membership of the association.
- The membership number of the nominee must fall between 1 and 17365.
- All must have discharge all their financial obligation to the Association both at Branch and National Levels.
- That nominee must have been participate fully in National and Branch Activities of the Association
NOTE: Nomination must be made n a branch meeting. The minutes and list of nominees should reach the Chief Executive Officer by 31st March, 2021. Justification for the nominations has be attached.
